what the hell is with the attitude of the support team?? quickly reply on suggestion while ignoring the ticket... i also has send a ticket yesterday but no respond or anything....
yeah like u guys say, fixing this problem maybe will only take a few minutes... maybe doesn`t even need to reboot the whole server.... just fixed the counter on the npc for the amount of player inside, n everything is okay.....

This is getting ridiculous and I bet you all they're going to say is sorry. You know what? Sorry isn't ****ing good enough. Some of us had to wait 2 days and maybe even more now since it's STILL not fixed yet before we can even do anything.

I mean I saw Oda on multiple times.

i have saw that there was also a previous problem with GX quest... almost the same as ours... it took roughly 1 week to fixed it... =\

I finally got a reply to my ticket, and still no fix yet. At this point they just need to change us manually to rune knights. Also, we deserve compensation for this.

I've mentioned it before in many threads, but they never have a GM in the weekends for these things. You'll most likely need to wait until Monday or Tuesday before they'll even take a look at this issue. Until then, make sure you've sent in a ticket about the matter. Just don't flood them with multiple tickets about the same matter, or else they'll be backlogged and end up taking longer to fix the issue.

Well this issue started on friday and are you serious with not having a GM in the weekends? Am I playing on an official server or private server?
