Hi....
This problem that I have, has started during the Easter Event 2013 in Chaos Server RO.
I had done that quest step by step. I killed 50 monsters of it.
When I finally finished that quest, I didnt receive the exp or the easter egg hat after that.
It gave me a message that I cant have the rewards because I was overweight but I wasnt. My cart wasnt even heavy back then.
I have been waiting for 4- closing to 5, weeks from now..to get that sorted.


It did, got sorted..they made me restart the quest BUT it was cut off, without fighting 50 monsters. I was very very very very disappointed that for waiting 4 weeks...it just made me finish without getting the rewards that I deserved. My other characters had received 2.5-3mil exp from that event plus the easter egg hat. Why cant I? This is just foul treachery!!!
Im a paying customer, don't I deserve to get this problem solve? I have been very patient, but all they give me was that lousy solution and when I replied back to them, they just bloody closed it..

Im not happy.

Someone pls, fix this!!!
