Ive sent a ticket two days bak regarding the resetting password bug.it keeps saying invalid confirmation link.how long does it take for it to be fixed??will they even consider mine??.plz GMs report this from ur side to authorities.Thx in advance

There is often little to no GM presence on the weekends, and they're on pacific time... so it's only like 11 AM there, so they've had only like 2-3 hrs to respond so far.... And the issue you're having appears to be related to a technical problem with account administration, so they'll need to get the appropriate people involved to get it resolved.


Also, be sure to check the support site for replies, notifications of updates to tickets sometimes get blocked as spam.

How long it takes to recovery a lost item. I just finish the quest for a job change and for some reason i dont have the necklace to change the job. Hope u guys can help me!!

You don't have the item because when they asked what kind of weapon you wanted, you went to look up the options to decide which one to get. This took longer than 1 minute, so the conversation timed out and you didn't get the weapon or the necklace.

Ticket responses seem to be slow this week (I don't know exactly what the times are, but I've been seeing a lot of people complaining) - you might do better trying to get a necklace from another player.
