Banned until 2045?

I've been playing RO for about a month now with my girlfriend. We literally just log on and grind for a couple of hours or so depending on how we feel. I loaded up my PC, she loaded up her laptop as usual and I tried to log in, after hitting Play on the Launcher I was bombarded with errors popping up and when I hit OK, another one would pop up so I went into Task Manager and ended the RagnarokOnline process. Tried to reload it and it let me onto the client, but now it says I'm "prohibited to log in until 2045."

What the hell? My girlfriend and I are respectable players - we have never stolen kills, stolen drops, or broken ANY rules for that matter. I've been having a constant onslaught of crap from RO2 and I figured I could at least play the first RO but no..
I'm not going to try navigate through this impossible website to submit a ticket, especially after already going through so much crap with RO2. It's disgusting.
I personally find it disgusting how ridiculous this is - it's like you're TRYING to take the piss out of me. I'm debating whether or not this game, or company for that matter is worth my time and energy. I've been able to play your games smoothly for A SINGLE MONTH, and after that all hell breaks loose. I'm not just saying this out of anger, and considering nobody has had a single response from any GMs or Helpers of sorts I can't stress how much I mean this: this company has some of the worst customer service I have ever seen in my entire life - and it's like you don't even test anything for yourselves. You just throw people straight in there and hope THEY do your job for you.

Gravity. You're pushing it. I'd very much like access to my account again considering I have done absolutely nothing wrong, and if I have I'd like some proof.
If nothing is done about this, you've lost two paying customers. Myself and my girlfriend.

You will not got an answer here regarding account status.. You will have to send a support ticket [ here ]. If its taking terribly long to get a reply then pm the ticket # to Warnhal.
