What's with the long reply with customer support.

I am having some account issues and havent been replied back for a while now. (I have already filed 2 tickets.) I need it to get resolve ASAP.

Im waiting since 30/04, and also sent 3 tickets, im not reciving the autoresponse.

is your account registered to a different email you are checking? (might be a silly question but some people tend to make new e-mail addresses for new games)

Remember to manually check on the ticket site - it's not unusual for emails to not make it through spam filters (even when the warpportal addresses are whitelisted)

They have also been having issues in general with the ticket system this week, though I think those have been fixed now.
