Anyone know what the usual response time is for a ticket? Is there any way I can check an estimate till my ticket is up? (First ticket ever.)
It is urgent as I can't play and it has been nearly 12 hours since I have submitted.

Your Tickets got no responses? PM Me with the ticket numbers and I will walk over there and talk to them.

For everyone:
If you aren't getting any responses or really bad ones please let me know via pm with the ticket number. They recently added some new people and well they are currently being trained. So any tickets where they mess up would be helpful so that we fix the problem areas.
