Hello there,

I have some blue Cards on my Character which i cannot remove by myself. These cards are from the Halloween event which occured around 2007.
Every card weights 1 and cannot be sold to NPC/Traded to another player / Put back in storage so i am pretty grounded because you cannot reset skills/stats.
I have already submitted a ticket to the WarpPortal Support Team but they dont respond ... its 4 Days now and i am getting a lil impatient.

Is there any Chance that someone from the Support can contact me here or maybe directly ingame to remove those cards for me ... This issue Cannot take too long time i guess and ive heard they dont catch up on responding to tickets so i would like to take this chance at the Boards here.

For everyone:
If you aren't getting any responses or really bad ones please let me know via pm with the ticket number. They recently added some new people and well they are currently being trained. So any tickets where they mess up would be helpful so that we fix the problem areas.

I've sent a ticket in and they said the problem has been taking care of and well nope there still on my character /pif

I even told them my characters name(that there on) account name and even sent pictures /pif

i think ill just delete my character since they haven't removed the blue cards, unless someone can get them removed?

Deleting the character will be in the future when i 99 because you can't have any weight on you when you trans and i haven't played my character because of not being able to trans, so why should i put the effort in to 99 when i can't trans /pif

Also when they did the account transfer years ago i was not playing at that time but was before and well i have kafra BOUGHT items on Sakray that shouldn't be there and it sucks, i guess i just take the loss of them items, also i just started playing on sakray(2013) just to test where to put my stats at on certain classes.
