Hello to all,
On my main account I click on my power up to buy kafras point except that the payment is not displayed. So I receer an account, and on my second account I have the payment options that are present.
I do not want changed on my main account because I already have a lvl 45, I wonder why I have no choice of payment, thank you.

<p>I get the same problem, There is no where to buy a powerup for points so that I can get Kafra cash. I click on powerup log in and nothing shows up.. i get the same empty page as the guy above me.</p>

Did you register your account via Steam? If you registered your account via Steam, I believe you have to use the built-in Steam payment system to top up your Steam Wallet and use Steam Dollars, etc. Sadly, those are not interchangeable.

I have the same problem, but while I started Ragnarok 2 on Steam, I deleted it and downloaded the client right from Ragnarok's website. Would that still stop you from purchasing WP from Warpportal?

No, if you registered your account via WarpPortal, then you should be fine purchasing WarpPortal energy via the WarpPortal website as well~

Yeah, right... I can't buy kafra points with my steam acc, because the checkout page is stuck in an infinite loop, so i had to make an WP acc to buy cash and then send as gift the stuff to my steam acc -.- Wtf is goin on? I want the confort steam provides me, but i want it WORKING.

Nope, I can't buy any Kafra either. I sent in a ticket on the 9th, and another on the 16th. I literally see nothing on the Power Up page other than the metal back ground... nothing for purchases, or anything. I've tried on 4 different networks, 4 different computers, and so forth... Total blank page other than my ragnarok Profile, and a WP balance of 0. I've not gotten a reply on my tickets

We have been investigating this issue for a while now.

What region are you playing from?
Are you using the Steam launcher and a Steam account?
Have you ever been able to purchase Kafra Cash, or is it a recent issue?
Does the issue still happen after yesterday's patch?

I've bought the WP but I can't transfer to Kafra cash points... I don't even use steam to play.. >_>

It's been 4 days since I last put in a ticket, still no reply and 20 dollars worth of WPE is worthless if I can't use it.. =/

Purchasing through the Warpportal site worked fine for me, but from the get-go, steam did not work for me. I'd like to get some more points, but as it is the transfer from the WP account to the steam account is only done once, am i correct? Is there a possibilty to change this, so users can just transfer the points to the steam account for more than once? This would solve the issue for many i think, even though it would mean an increase in effort for the staff i guess.

Its 2017 now.. im having the same problem i cant purchase on the site.. i wanna buy kafra points.. but there is no purchase button on my account. i tried to do that on my phone still the same..
