What's wrong with it? What message do you get? I'm pretty sure it's working, assuming you're talking about RO1.
Are you job 10? Have you allocated all 9 of your skill points to "basic skill" and clicked apply?

I cant talk to him, he isnt giving me a text message... 4 more novices are sitting and waiting there...
I am talking about RO1, job 10, used all of my skillpoints and clicked apply...

Are you sure that you're speaking with proper cleric? It's not the first cleric in the room in right, but the one more deep in it.
