Basically, I've just downloaded RO1 and the client and everything works fine, up until the point that I get to "Making a character." I've made several ones under the assumption that it is not working properly, as it always sends me back to the main screen.
Sometimes it says I have 1/9 chars, sometimes 0/9 chars. I double click the same box in the hope that it enters the game, only it sends me back to "Making a character."

Anyone got any ideas, or had a similar problem?

Also, my OS is Windows XP.
