The Requiem Wiki needs players like YOU to help build and refine it!

With players like YOU who help contribute your time and knowledge to the Requiem Wiki, you will be given awesome prizes. Depending on how much work you put in will determine what kind of prize will be awarded. Speaking of prizes…

Prizes will be awarded through our team via codes you can enter into the Warpportal site or the prizes will be given to you directly. Around the 20th-22nd of each month, codes will be disturbed to those who have worked on the Requiem Wiki.

The prizes you can win are Requiem Points or V.I.P. Time(AKA Premium Service) ! Like I mentioned before, the more you work on the Wiki, the more points or time you will be awarded!

If you have any questions regarding about the Wiki or prizing, please PM me.

The Pages that need the most attention
Attack Speed – Everything
Movement Speed – Everything
Classes – Skills should be updated
Levels – Could be extended
Quests - Could be updated
Builds - Could be updated

(Updated!)

More will be added as it is noted.

The more devoted you are to expending the Requiem Wiki, the more you will be awarded! Simple as that. You can request an account here.

If you are working on the wiki, please PM ShazamO to be awarded.

((CM Varitas Note - ShazamO is currently not handling this issue any longer, however we are working on getting this program restarted as soon as possible.))

Great idea, it used to be a valuable resource back when I played a lot but now it's pretty out-of-date.

But the one thing it always lacked is official figures and formulas for some of the mechanics (e.g. defence).

If some of those could be provided it would help a lot.

Where was this last december thru february, when I completely overhauled/updated all the quests and associated exps?

I am more than willing to undo all the work I did and resubmit it to earn some points, since I originally did it all without any incentive.

Better yet, since you guys suddenly realized that the wiki needs work and you want to offer some reward, how about you please throw some warpportalenergy appreciation toward those who have done considerable work toward the wiki over the past year without any reward. Namely, Good guy Talwar and Mobiusloop(myself). And also a thank you to the 30+ others who I haven't named, but who have offered some contribution.

And again, asking players to do your job, and after that screw them over with prizes, clap-clap.
Pay me MONEYZ, hire me, and see how things can be done smooth and fast ;)

How about GM's doing their jobs? STOP IGNORING your players!

-Being active in forum and answer so many unanswered questions.
-Being active also in-game and doing events
-Give us UPDATE on the things forwarded to Dev's
-Run HH CORRECTLY!

@ topic, good idea.
I could update some stuff of a few classes I play, then again I don't remember for example the value of skills before their current level and the only way to find out would be to buy skill resets, which I won't do.
Best would be for gravity to provide the information.

Give us some real numbers, how many points/how many months of premium service. It would take ALOT of time to update stuff, make it worth it.

Approve.

Also I heard they are bringing that back.

The amount of Requiem points one could achieve are 100-500 points and the premium service days can range from several days to a week +(?). These are subject to change though, probably for the better.

I love this game.
It has been fun over the years.
What content it has been given has been a blast.

However, bribing the players to update wiki is like tying a pork-chop around your kids neck to get the dogs to play with him.

WTF did I just read?

This ROSE Mod..

is attempting to bribe jaded REQ Players..

to update some other (PRIVATE) third party's wiki site..

because..

the information that is posted there

(often many months before official gravity release / realization)

is not upto .. specs?

...

/facepalm

First off, the infos are already posted- UTFSE.

Secondly, the game hasn't significantly changed enough to warrant major wiki updates.

Third, the targeted group if so compelled-

would sooner fill the wiki with their lost hopes and wishes

rather than trying to divine the unreleased magic formulas

(what's actually missing / hidden in the current wiki)

to which even the client has a hard time translating into a rational representation.

I doubt it, sha'moo doesn't seem to have a clue what's going on over there.

It's definitely not a Gravity server the IP resolves to Quickpacket ISP in Las Vegas, Nevada.

The nameserver is gorgerush.net with the reverse dns resolving to irowiki.org (no additional info).

The actual registrant name is protected via the host 1and1.com in Chesterbrook, Pennsylvania.

But can be net stalked down to the alias Blueness aka Bluedreams somewhere in New Mexico.

Short answer.. Not really.

It looks like a Linux based Apache server with piles of open ports but external security is still on par.

It's one of those super cheap under 10 bucks a year hosts.. which is probably a good thing-

since the available statistics say the site traffic has been dead flat for over 3 month,

and over half the visitors bounce ( leave after one page hit ).

Some traffic statistics have been suppressed by privacy requests.

The top search queries are:

goint (18.98%), biandraco (3.09%), requiem bloodymare op class (2.90%), equiem wiki (2.74%) <- (not a typo)

requiem memento mori classes (2.65%), requiem memento mori forsaker build (2.65%), requiem memento mori shaman build (2.65%)

Not sure if there are ads on it though

I didn't notice any paid advertisements or unsafe links.. yet.

I do see a few interesting links,

but only one encrypted url that I can't verify at the moment.

Here's a list of all outbound links:

Domain list of indexed inbound links:

Last but not least..

requiem-wiki.org is being downsized to an irowiki subdomain as we speak.

http://forums.irowik...d.php?p=1355687

If Gravity really felt like "helping" out requiem-wiki.org,

perhaps they should donate $10 or more to keep it up for another year.

Otherwise requiem-wiki is looking at imminent search engine suicide.
