As the title says. Has anyone tested this spell against Earthquake? I figure since range reduction gear nulls down Earthquake damage, then this spell should too?

No, it doesn't. Defending Aura is not just "ranged reduction" like a Horn Card is.
If it would work that way Defending Aura would simply be godlike.

what works against earthquake is multiple mercs on the screen to help reduce the damage spread

fighting a MVP with earthquake? take a kagerou oboro with you they can make clones ... with just you and a K/O you can have 5 people on the field to split EQ damage....

Defending Aura used to reduce Earthquake damage, and Pneuma used to block it completely.

A lot of things used to work are not working anymore. A lot of things working are not working anymore. Lot's of skill got nerfed, unnerfed, and then re-nerf. This game is

It'd be so useless until the DB fix though cuz ranged reducs doesn't reduce DB or hp part of GOH which is what kills you like 90%+ of the time lol
