It's not necessarily because people don't want to join. The RO2 one took a while to get started up also, but once it did, there was always someone on to chat with, no matter the time of day or night. It could be that people are simply hesitant on joining unless they begin to see more chatter about it.



And yeah, there's only a few people in the group at the moment, but as more people join it will become more like a round the clock chat, which is why it's important that this topic does continue to be "bumped" if it is going to succeed.

I still stand by what was said earlier, this could be an absolutely amazing way to guide new people into becoming familiar with the game, and find cool new guildies.

We're trying to get more people so it'll be more active. The iRO2 RaidCall got about 200 members before it was active on a nightly basis. The iRO RaidCall has a long way to go with only 18 so far. Problem is the iRO2 RaidCall thread was stickied in the RO2 Community Chat for over a month while ours wasn't. It would really help if a mod stickied this in RO's Community Chat, but a mod is the reason this thread got sent over to Creative Contraptions.

Overall, the RO community is against this for some reason and we're fighting to make it work.

the number of registered members isn't as important of a statistic to advertise as the number of people who are typically on at a given time.

There are people who generally look at membership number to determine activity because it kind of indicates popularity as well.
