When i log in it says VIP Exp 100% Drops 100% Death penalty 75%... all non vip rates instead of the 200% its supposed to be??

Currently, VIP gets 200% of normal exp.
The values displayed at the top of the screen are the modifiers applied to the normal exp, not the rate after that modifier is applied.
So if you see +100% exp, that means you will get (100% +100% =) 200% of normal exp rates.

oh so it actually went down??? it was at 150%/150% before the maint >_<

It was at 50/50 before maint I thought?oh so it actually went down??? it was at 150%/150% before the maint >_<
