i dont know why i getting bad lag when i play RO 1. is my pc or what? im playing other games too. they are fine. just RO so laggy. HElP PLS

What kind of lag is it? Does the mouse lag (ie, low frame rate, indicating issue with your pc)?
Have you tried using the Lowerping service? Lowerping Beta is free still, and many users report a dramatic improvement when using it. Some ISPs get really lousy routes to gravity's ISP (comcast routes through AS6453, which is crap in many regions), and lowerping/wtfast solve this by proxying through their servers which you can get a better route to. iRO is unplayable for me without lowerping or equivalent (I run my own performance proxy server).
