Btw, what do you mean by "if u done register yourself at the entrance eclage"?
It's that I have to register with a NPC on eclage and then I'm able to make the costumes?

It just means the little rigamarole you need to go through for the guards to let you in the gate. You talk to a couple NPCs outside, type in your name, and talk to a few more npcs, and then you can enter eclage.

So it might not work if you get warped into eclage without doing that. I don't know that anyone's tested whether that is required, nor do I see any reason to, since the "quest" is trivial.

I'm stuck with the "Wanted to be Big and Beautiful" quest where I need to get into the prison. After talking to Wuhari, he asks you to visit his brother in the prison but, it seems that I can't get in there. The Eclage Guard keeps saying "This is where we put criminals. No outsiders can enter."

 

I'm probably missing some kind of access quest. Care to help?

You have to gain approval first, to do this talk to the fairy guard inside the main plaza and continue on that quest until you get the opportunity to talk the fairy mayor then you should be able to enter

Ah ok. I kinda figured it out. To gain access to the Prison, you have to walk by those three travelers (Traveler Chiba, Litrip and Fome.) Inside of Eclage(ecl_in01) 33, 51 in the plaza to trigger the quest BEFORE the Eclage Guard approaches you and tells you the Chief of Staff wants to see you. 

 

After talking to the Chief of Staff, you get told to meet the Mayor Jun. But you have to wait an hour I believe before the Chief of Staff can arrange an audience for you. After you talk with the Mayor, he'll grant you access. Thanks anyway though.

Adventurer Euncheong on Bifrost Tower 1 does not talk to me. CLick him, nothing happens. I tried talking to the other adventurers and they worked fine. I can't progress because he won't let me.

Because no one can be bothered to complete them as the majority of the community has little care for  the story aspect of RO now.

I have to say, storywise, this is a very poor episode. The only progression that happens is the Orb being stolen, but that's it. We don't learn anything about Bifrost tower, either.

 

Btw, I came back the next day and Euncheong had changed places. Still won't talk to me, though.

I walked behind him and he started talking to me instead. I guess you're not supposed to click them, but to let them talk to you instead.

They should call him a converter, not a replicator. The way he says it, players might interpret that the original hat isn't destroyed.

I finished all Eclage quests. After doing Light and Shadow, I was given an accessory with 10 MDEF that is enchantable for 10 Splendide coins each.

 

It gives 4 options: physical, ranged, caster, and recovery. Paying up with enchant both slots.

 

I used ranged twice. The first time it gave me Sharp1 and EA1, and the other other gave me the exact same enchants. Perhaps those enchants aren't random? More people need to to test to find out, because I am done with farming Splendide coins.

it's not random, that's the only possible ranged enchant.

 

Ranged Enchant: Sharp 1, EA1

Caster Enchant : Spell3 , matk+1%

Physical Enchant:  Sharp 1, Atk +2%

Recovery: Arch Bishop Enchant (thing that adds +3% healing on skills) you get this twice.

Ranged Enchant seems to be the -_-tiest one, too. The 2x Arch Bishop one is pretty good, actually.

Bring a headgear, 50 (!!!) splendide coins and a pile of readily available materials (mostly jewels) to exchange for costume version. The "Fairy magic powder" requested is "Angel Magic Powder" which drops from Little Fatum.

magestic goat
blush
valk helm
deviruchi hat
assassin mask
elven ears
hahoe mask
boy's cap
