Need help with the new patch

Can anyone help me. I've been having this problem for the last couple of hours. Everytime I start patching suddenly an error occurs and it says "Failed to get 2013-6-5data_gm_ep142_1.gpf file.". Your help would be very much appreciated. Thanks in advance.

Can you access ftp://ropatch1.gravityus.com in internet explorer? Can you access it in other browsers?

With which browsers? You need to test with IE, and with a non-IE browser.
Also, please do not use the 'report' function to draw attention to your posts. The report function is to be used only to report posts that violate the forum rules.
