this message appear like, 200 times in a day, and i need help, its fustrating, trying to play and the just Discconected from Server, i need help.

If you're using Win. 7 try:
Click Windows button and type cmd in the search box. Select it when it comes in the search results. It'll bring up a black command screen.
Type ipconfig/dnsflush
Hit Enter
Close out of everything and restart your computer. Hopefully this will resolve your issue, the same as it did mine. If not, you may want to look into pinned 'failed to connect to server thread'.
