Hi,
I make a Colliseum, and go to eat, but when i come back, i try to connect and its says i am permanently banned?
I check my email, my account in warpportal and is all fine
Please i want to play, ho can fix this?

Lets see if the warpportal support is working, cause a friend mine have the same issue.

same here too. i was doing raid then dced after i try to login and the account blocked permanently.

Don't make multiple tickets. That is the leading cause of automatically closed tickets.
Also, make a ticket and send the ticket number with a brief explanation to Zanbee
