So i made a vvs fire main gauche and used it after i reborn
My character's DEX is 1 so i expected the vvs kicks in but it doesnt . my atk keeps missing.
is that a bug??
btw the element has no effect either.
VVs element weapon doesnt work?

VVS effect does not bypass flee in renewal. They removed the "flee bypassing +atk" mechanic alltogether.
