First of all I'd love to know how to make my name not be numbers on here. I've clicked about everything everywhere and got nowhere. Secondly When i go to donate to the server the page i get looks totally different from the one my boyfriend gets. He gets package selections and prices on the right hand side and his account on the left hand side. I get my account on the left hand side and the part that's meant to have payment selections etc on the right is blank. If i click anything that says WP it reloads the same page over again. Still no payment methods or packages. How am I meant to buy anything? How do you fix it? So i submitted a ticket on here hoping for some help and answers. What i got was an automated response that wasn't helpful at all with topics for me to look at such as "Scamming and YOU" "Scamming and real money trades" "Ragnarok online 2 user agreement" and 2 others that are along the same lines. None of which even slightly relate to why my page wont let me buy anything. Has anyone else encountered this problem? Any help appreciated. Thanks very much

Huh?

OP's questions are not related to RO2 (or RO1 for that matter) - we routinely handle payment questions here that are not RO1-specific, so I don't see a problem with this thread being here.

I suspect the problem with WP site is a browser (or browser configuration) issue. Also, be sure to log into your warpportal account directly, not using facebook/etc when making payments. The third-party login systems often don't work well on WP.

I do not know why some people's forum names show up as a string of numbers instead of a name. I'd like to know why and how this happens too.
