Yesterday my friend tried going in and it took his 4 EMB, and not letting him in. Today he still can't go in, so I'm assuming you're automatically put on 7 day cooldown.
I go in regularly and today just now it happened to me now. I'm so bummed about it since its super drops. I ticketed to see if I could get 4 EMB back, but...is it really a 7 day cooldown? What can I do to prevent it next time? =(
Edit: hm figured it out, just don't open an instance if you have your ET instance still open, and just talk to him again while being partyless and it'll go away
