hello i'm from philippines i want to play ragnarok 2 but my problem is when i add/ create in  to warportal it says "You are not allowed to view this content.". what should I do please help me tnx

Philippines are blocked from the International RO2 server, unfortunately. A company has purchased the licensing rights for the Philippines and it wasn't us. Keep an eye out on the internet for when the server is coming to you.
