Patch Notes 7/17 And WoE Time Change

Maintenance complete

Heimdallr: We have been speaking with the developers about the following high priority issues, and it is found that we will need to do a 2nd maitnenance on Thursday night/Friday morning to address them.  The fixes just aren't ready for it yet. We were trying to get them implemented tonight, even possibly extending maintenance to accomplish them, but it just is not plausible to be ready soon enough to make it during this maintenance.   These issues are:

 - Some skills auto missing

- Some skills causing your character to lock in place until relog

- Falling through the maps when doing dungeon or colosseum.

- Restoring the BP loss during WoE this past week (will be restored during the later week maint)

 

Please know that this is not the complete list, and more should be coming.

 

Also know that these notes can change at any time. 

 

WoE Times will be changed to 12pm PDT and 7pm PDT. 

(There will be an additional WoE at 11pm until the next maintenance).

 

PATCH NOTES for 7/17

 

1.Event

A.Guild EXP Surge event end

2.Culvert of Abyss

A.Rockstar Heroes (1st Boss)

i.Some skills has been removed from Guitarist/Vocalist/Pianist. It will become easier to get pass these bosses.

B.Golden Robberbug

i.Golden Robberbug will attack when its eggs get attaked.

C.Mini & Mongi

i.Mini & Mongi will attack when the minion speakers get attacked.

D.Rat Master Kremp

i.Invincible period for Kremp has been reduced from 4 minutes to 2 minutes.

ii.After starting combat with Kremp, the monster who summons other monsters has been changed from Leo to Kremp.

iii.Turtle assassin will be summoned 3 minutes, 5 minutes, and 7 minutes after the combat starts.

iv.Heal skill used by Kremp has been removed.

3.Item

A.Mugwort Garlic Concentrate effect has been corrected from HP recovery to HP reduce.

B.Rune Enhancement Elixir acquired from Pandora box has been fixed so that it can be used.

C.Getting head accessory from fusing 2 facial accessories has been fixed

4.WoE

A.Mercenary Kafra cannot be located within certain distance from the gate.

B.Siege weapons in WoE maps will be initialized(removed) before starting every WoE.

C. Blood Point winning and losing will be set to 400, rather than a %

D. Siege engine cost will be set to default rather than the 1 rupee we had for testing.

A.Save point Kafra NPC has been added to Western Mjolnir mountains

7.Quest

A.Mount reward item has been added to quest Statue of Ignatz

B.VIP ticket reward item has been added to quest Furious Dean

C.Stats for named monsters has been slightly decreased.

8.System Setting

A.Limit for distance for other characters visibility has been added.

-Function to limit the number of characters shown in the screen according to PC specification.

9.Game Setting

A.Function to add Knight rank to the character’s name has been added.

So the people with the santa rudolfs from fusing the mid face accessories will get what? Support told me this a few hours ago

 

I understand you had a concern regarding the combinations you were receiving when fusing items. A full investigation has been conducted on this matter, and after consulting with the proper department, it has been determined that there were no discrepancies in this case. Please know that the combinations available for fusing change constantly, and the results you received were not the result of a bug in the game. As the results you received were not the result of a bug or discrepancy, we will unfortunately be unable to compensate you. I apologize for any inconvenience this may cause you, I know that this issue has been frustrating. Should you have any further questions or concerns, please let me know.

We are still trying to figure that out, but it wasn't exactly a bug. From my understanding, the Rudolf Accessory was meant to be a really rare fusion accessory.

Santa rudolf is a HAT , i think thats a bug . how can you get a HAT (even if its a RARE 1) from combining 2 middle costumes ? we get (rare) devil / angel wing from combining capes , but we never get a HAT / Costumes from combining those . so how can that even be normal .

I see. Do they realize that this accessory is a hat accessory and not a middle/bottom face accessory? Doesn't make much sense how two face accessories fusing together would lead to a "rare" hat accessory. Hell I got 4 of them from fusing and I didn't fuse as much as I would like because of this issue holding me back from going for a 3 slot middle face accessory. So shouldn't two hat accessories be able to fuse into middle/bottom faces then as well?

Can you also add the fix for "Random Hard Dungeons" most notably "Secret Forest Tomb" and the "Fortress of Sandstorm"?

And also the falling out of nowhere after entering a dungeon...

 

And why make mini mongi even harder? :(

That isn't fixing Ratmaster Hard. There's still 4 cores that are constantly spawning that we can't do anything about.

Could we have the stop when using instant skills which was added with this patch, removed? I liked to use an ocassional heal while running behind someone, and I don't enjoy trying to heal-stand full animation-failing to heal because target ran away...

 

Also, please add a floor to the payon tomb dungeon @@

what about sins and BMs after skill delay after you transform? and especially the shadow assault+beast charge bug......

I dont get it in hard mode the problem with RM is that its too much HP with 4 turtles and him, and that his dmg is too high, why didnt u change that? U are making the battle still impossible.

A fix for the skill log bug in Sandstorm please, Random Hard Dungeons have basically been undoable for the past week because every single one sends me to Sandstorm. D:

MAYBE you can remove enrage time of rat master hard and nerfed His AOE damage into Not ridiculuos

 

Yeah the problem is the enrage time, is too short, and as fold said the problems are the cores, not even the AoE if u can avoid the 120% more dmg the AoE isnt a problem.

Ridiculuos the "fix" for RM ... now its IMPOSIBLE to kill .. The staff thinks some people can kill CoA with PVE H equip ? what up with the ppl cant play Colosseum every days to get ALL COLO SET , or the ppl cant donate for get all easy equip..? i think the staff need to get a plan to chain the raids .. bapho then pve then coa.. now its bapho then pve the colo colo colo colo then donate donate then coa N then imposible CoA H.

This game is insanely broken right now and most of these patch notes don't seem to be fixing the main problems. Great. Money well spent on this game. :P

Maybe the mechanism is like Gedenhard Summoning Moth Ritual Skill? or Blue Circle from Moonlight Flower

Are these new quests being added in for everyone to be able to get VIP and/or mounts or what? Would be cool to get some sort of daily quest to get a special 1 day mount and 1 day VIPs. And what does the © portion mean? What named monsters?
