This quest is still bugged. In Payon Forest, I have to bring Hillbilly Melinda until close town. I do and then she doesn't reappear in front of me. So i can finish that quest, if I relog, change ch or whatever I fail the quest...

If you walk far away (like 50m) and come back then it working...........
