Help with "Ragexe.exe has stopped working"

After downloading the latest version of Ragnarok today and installing it, we get the message that "Ragexe.exe has stopped working", then that "The application was unable to start correctly (0xc0000005)". We've looked at some forums saying to have it as an exception on Windows' Firewall and BitDefender, still ends in the same results. Can anyone help us out here?

What version of Windows?

 

What, if any, security (include antivirus, software firewalls, security suites, etc) software are you using?

The version of Windows we have is Win7 Ultimate, and the only anti-virus we have is Bitdefender.

I have the same issue on Win XP. 

only happens in prontera
