Is Katar Mastery worth getting since at max level it gives you critical rate and aim rate to 5%.

 

Or should i not bother putting any skill points into it?

as written on the guide, it's worth gettin' , especially if you're an end-gamer where aim rate is pretty useful in pvp. cool skill but a miss is a no no~ so for me, go for the aim rate!
