same here, my guillotine x cannot equip newly opened rwc memory knife, and commemorative pin. anyone else having problems, have fixes for this?

If the name is gray, you need to identify it using a magnifier.

Derp. I just figured that out now. They could've changed the name to generic "Mace" or "Dagger"...
