Classic - Loki

I see a shop titled "Silk Robe [1] LUK+3" or something similar.  I open the shop, and I see a Silk Robe [1] for sale, at a price comparable to the Silk Robe [1] LUK+3. 

I thought it might be a vendor trying to "pull one over" on me.  But I check the Ragial Market and find the Silk Robe [1] LUK+3 in the same shop, same vendor, same price.  I check with my character.  Does not have LUK+3 in the name.

I have not seen a +STAT armor enchant since I installed the last patch.  Am I the only one having this issue?  Is there a simple fix?
