Please help, I have been on all morning working fine, but as I went 2 purches some items from the cash shop

it wouldn't alow 2 me make the deal so I tried 2 relog and that is when iv been getting the error message after I enter my username and password,

 

if somebody can help me that would me great

Dont try to relog so much! Server are being in constant under attack

Just let the gms resolve that

Don't panic.  Just wait a few minutes and try again.  I had the same "MSI_REFUSE_NOT_PERMITTED_GROUP(14)" error message when I switched to another character that was on a different account.  Waited a few minutes, tried to login, and it worked.

okay thanks for that im back in now, I don't log often but I do have afew accounts I sometimes jump back and forth, thanks for the heads up guys
