Apparently if you become blinded while using increase accuracy reduces your hit for the rest of it's duration even after the blind wears off. a rather big pain for shotgun slingers. As far as I know this is only on renewal.

This is unrelated to increase accuracy.
Blind's effects on stats does not go away until you relog or do something that changes your dex. http://forums.warppo...-alignment-bug/

after wear off blind,just tele.....every thing back to normal.
