Hello,

 

 

Someone hacked my warpportal account and changed all game account password. While i was tying to get it back, he/she took all my zeny and equips. Now i got my accounts back but couldnt take items/zeny. I sent support ticket. When can i get my items and zeny back ?

When the support team has finished reviewing your account. Your accounts will likely be locked for a period of time while they investigate. 

 

Did you get taken by that "voting site" phishing scam?

Yes, that voting site phishing scam. I was sleepy and i'm not good on computer things :/

Please wait for the GMs to respond to the ticket.

 

Check the tickets via the warpportal support site daily; sometimes emails for ticket updates get lost in transit.
