so, for about the last 2 months, i sent a ticket asking for help. Finally about a week ago, after last weeks maintenance exactly, i got an email saying.
"Greetings,
Your account has been locked down until next week's maintenance. We have requested a roll back request for your account to be rolled back to 6-25-2013. Please lock down any account information until then. We highly suggest changing or updating your account's passwords. Once again a roll back request has been tagged for your account and should be implemented during next week's maintenance period. This ticket may close however you are welcome to re-open it any time.
We apologize for the delay and thank you for your patience regarding this matter.
