Hi I didn't know what really happened with 2 of my main accounts.   After today maintenace my accounts got locked, when i try to log in, it said You Are Prohibited to log in until 2020-12-31 00:00 (6).  What the hell is happened ?.  

 

I've been playin this game for like 3 years and never do such a harassment or something like that, never "customize" the RO client/program, even i never used a bot program ever.  I hope someone can explain this or maybe technical support team can fix this problem. I've been sending 2 tickets to support team, but still got no responses.

 

The problem is this is my MAIN accounts, that means its cost a billions of zeny i've been gathered T_T

Anyone can give any opinions ?

 

PS : i'm a legit player (doing WoE also)
