When I try to wear the Holy Marching Hat at Levels 1 ~ 8, I can't and it says "you are unable to have item in this level". I am a transcendent aco now. I wore it at level 10 right after I job changed to aco coming out of the training grounds. The description of the hat, however, states "Required Level: 1", just like the Evil Marching Hat. The difference is that you CAN wear the EMH at level 1.

 

So I am guessing this is a bug that will need to be fixed. Please take note of this or clarify.

Thank you, Dr. Azzy. However, you would think that being a "Marching Hat", I should be able to equip it at level 1, as I can equip the Evil version at level 1. Having said that, and knowing my people, I hope the fix is not to bring the level of the EMH up to 10, but to bring the level of the HMH down to 1. Or, worse case scenario, to just fix the description, as you say.
