Quest: Slotted Mids

Rewards: Sunny Coupon ( 33% chance, confirmed )

Consumed items: 20 Rough Ori, 20 Rough Elu, 10 Steel, +7 Padded Armor[1], +7 Guard[1], +7 Sandals[1], +7 Hat[1], +7 Blade [4], Squid Ink x??, Slick Paper x ??

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

The guide

 

Step 1) Go to Einbrock and talk to this npc

 

 

 

 

Step 2) Go to Einbrech and talk to the npc inside this building

 

 

 

 

 

Step 3) Talk to this npc, you need 20 Rough Elu and Ori

 

 

 

 

 

Step 4+5) Return to the step 2 NPC. You will need 10 Steel. After this you will need the following items ( Sinx and Mastersmith )

 

 

 

Part 6) You will then need Squid Ink and Slick Paper. I did not do this step, Camp confirmed this for me as being the last items needed.

If any of the required items seem really hard to obtain we will look at making a way for players to obtain them easier. Already looked into the coat[1] and were looking at adding a Caramel spawn somewhere in Payon.

However, I dont understand how increasing the price of low equips will help low tier players. Guards/Sandals were cheap beginners equip

Well, its a good business for botters who already farmed a lot of guards. But thats a problem you have with nearly every item...

it would take too long to collect all those items and make them +7. I have VIP but I aint gonna do this quest.

This is going to be much cheaper than buying a pair of slotted mids. Next week when they get unbound we'll see how they end up, but it's probably going to cost a player less than 50mil per attempt to do this quest. Assuming they buy everything, anyway.

 

[Rate]

not worth the time it would take to gather the materials.. Time wasted on your own is worth way more than 50m, not to mention costs of enriched elu to try and offset time grinding low rate armors. There is no market to support 'new' players selling enough padded armors to be able to complete this, they don't exist.

 

If you are actually going to ban the bots hunting materials for this, choose large quantities of easily gathered items. Requiring 5 +7 items is just an attempt to sell more coupons via enriched ores.

Nope, took one look at that and no way.

I just started Classic, and while vip has made the journey easier, level 80 + all that crap, nope.

With all those requirements the success chance should be 100% or it's not worth it. Failing after that is insane.

Hey does diz slotted mid gear quest already out I mean can u do it...??? For da quest requirement 100 condensed red potion really..??? So do everybody require to make an potter alchemist now...?? And on top of that 33% is a bit low atleast 45% to 50 those items are hard to obtain specially upgrading gears ain't joke

How about making the turn-in gears non-slotted.

 I dont like the quest either, way too hard for a 33% chance and account bound thingie

and yea thats definely me there XD

 

I would have prefered a quest where you have to kill 2 trillions mob than this It would make player doing thing instead of being afk in town

I just progressed through the quest and it's what the NPC said.

I was told a few weeks back that the quest items changed (Guy selling +7[1]padded armors bulk & cheap), he was right.

not sure what you mean by pointless though. Materials are a little easier to obtain. Cost me 35m so far, and i'm only missing a +7[1]Guard =D
