Advanced [Party Buff] Chant skills from the Item Mall notice!
We understand that there was a bit of an upset, regarding the forced changes to the Item Mall party buff versions of skills, so as a means of compensation, we've added a special exchange/conversion option from [Premium Shop] Lyon. If you have one of the skills learned, you will be given access to a special selection which will have two options for you to choose from.

  • You can exchange (unlearn) the skill for half the value of the listed skill, which is 125 Premium Points, per skill.
  • If you have the two required skills, you may have the two skills unlearned and converted in to an Item Mall 'Ritual Tome' version of the two combined skills (500 points value)

Please note that the original sets of 'Advanced Chant' skills did not cover all the new Ritual versions, so you may need to purchase the 'missing skill' to obtain the proper skill pairing needed. Which should still be most cost effective than buying the tome straight from the Item Mall.

Currently the shop listings are split in to the PvM and PvP shops, that are currently offered through the Honor and Valor shops. All buffs and passive tomes will be located in the PvM sections.
Being that this was fairly short notice from discussions with the community about compensation, we hope this helps to ease the update's change over to the new design.

Repair Hammers
It was an unfortunate mistake that the new Repair Hammers were introduced with a 0z cost, unintentionally. Due to the number of purchased hammers, we cannot simply add a price to them, as selling them  back to the NPC would generate money from no where unintentionally. These hammers are to be decommissioned and rendered useless as they were not intended to be free. New sets of hammers will be placed within the NPC shops and the now 'broken' hammers will be cleared from inventories and storage.

Game Balances

To keep in the expectancy that the higher you go up the stat tiers with Re-Roll Hammers the better your stats get, the following changes have been made to Charm sub-stats.
(For bonus stat equipment (re-roll stats) we've increased the higher Charm values for the following)

  • [12 Charm, 10 Attack Power] > [15 Charm, 10 Attack Power]
  • [12 Charm, 25 Critical] > [15 Charm, 25 Critical]
  • [15 Charm, 15 Defense] > [20 Charm, 15 Defense]
  • [20 Charm, 10 HP Recovery] > [30 Charm, 10 HP Recovery]
  • [20 Charm, 8 MP Recovery] > [30 Charm, 8 MP Recovery]

Skill Balances
Based on a player suggested balance adjustment to help make these skills more worth while and desirable.

Meditation:
Level 1: 1 mp recovery rate  + 1 mp recovery per 45 INT
Level 2: 2 mp recovery rate  + 1 mp recovery per 40 INT
Level 3: 3 mp recovery rate  + 1 mp recovery per 35 INT
Level 4: 4 mp recovery rate  + 1 mp recovery per 30 INT
Level 5: 5 mp recovery rate  + 1 mp recovery per 25 INT

Mana Crux:
Level 1: 1 mp recovery rate  + 1 mp recovery per 40 charm
Level 2: 2 mp recovery rate  + 1 mp recovery per 35 charm
Level 3: 3 mp recovery rate  + 1 mp recovery per 30 charm
Level 4: 4 mp recovery rate  + 1 mp recovery per 25 charm
Level 5: 5 mp recovery rate  + 1 mp recovery per 20 charm

Mana Convergence:
Level 1: 1 mp recovery rate  + 1 mp recovery per 35 charm
Level 2: 2 mp recovery rate  + 1 mp recovery per 30 charm

Bug fixes

  • Corrected issue with Red/Blue Team floor effect remaining active after game arena match ends.
  • Improved some AI with the Mercenary and Hunter summons for Dealer. They should be more interested in what you're doing now and fight with you.
  • Corrected the Hands of the Crafter, "Craft Talent" stat, to correctly work with Craftmans Talent.
  • Corrected issue with maximum team size not displaying in Game Arena window.

Special note to Pegasus testers:
We know the t-shirts and prizes haven't been distributed yet. We're still going through the logs and getting all the accounts that were eligible for each stage of testing as well as the leveling challenge, which was extended beyond its original 'top #' to include a wider range of players as a special thank you for your efforts. We hope to have everything sorted out and distributed before this next weekend. Thank you for your patience and understanding and most of all, your invaluable participation to help shape the update to what it is. :D

Wow. Great job!

 

Mmm. I hope the freeze upon resurrection and the random client crashes was bumped with this patch.

A previous client update was put live a while ago, that should have contained those fixes, however there were still some reports of it occurring. We're unsure if they were late reports or ongoing ones so I couldn't list it as a 'fix' quite yet till we have it confirmed.

lol I did find that a little strange (repair hammers having 0 cost)

 

will be good to checkout my buffers regen once server is up also with the stat change I think mp regen should be a breeze for most clerics

When will a clear decision about IM passives be given ?

 

If they are gonna become inefficient in PvP, i’m not gonna buy them. But for now, the people who have them have an advantage over the ones who don’t…

Is ROSE back up and running or is it still under maintenance? I can't seem to find anything about when the game will be running.. 
I've tried logging in and all i get is the log in screen and when I enter my details it just loads and then says to check the forums and website, but that tells me nothing...

Help, I want to play again. :(

Rose is still on maintenance.But you can check www.mmoserverstatus.com so there you can see when servers are back online :).

 

 

 

And how many hours ROSE will be off?!

Do you mean new passive on IM that specific each classes turn to PvM? (Not old one)
If yes, it really -_- up my IM pts. I spent it for 6 char I have, just to use for PvP and then after I purchased, it will be turned to PvM.

Please clarify this

The old Stat passive skills like "Critical % Passive" "Wand Attack Power Passive" etc. Not the new Unique IM skills like Tomes etc. The new ones from what I gathered when I read the original posts are going to be staying the same in function. While the old ones for weapons + stats will be converted to PvM IF that becomes a final decision. 

 

Honestly they should just stay as is, and there should be a rare drop chance to get those passives from Bosses / Dungeons [that are account bound] for the players who cannot afford IM points.

i agree with feuer regarding passives they should be kept as it is...and those charm bonus i dont get it is that a bonus per charm for every character or is it an effect for buffs only? please explain.. thanks a lot

after having my game patch to new 481 patch and started it to load and play to check how it is its says file [3DDATA\TERRAIN\0

IM Passive Buyer was a a bit upset too. So why do you guys refund IM Passives and give us a trade for IM Passives to the new tomes in the item mall. We also need refund on what we actually buy. Need the new tome's to replace our old im passives. I hope you guys understand.

So this refers to the new passives?  aren't they only available with IM/premium points?

The unique new passives are available through doing dungeons, and can be gotten as a reward.

I found one of the passives today while doing Ulverick cave, so it should be working.

I traded 1800 seconds buffs for 900 second ones..

why are the tomes shorter!?

Advanced Valkyrie Chant and Advanced Resilience Chant does not have an option to convert to Dual buffs, why is that?

Because the other part of the buff is missing. The IM buffs you currently have do not have the magic defence buff necessary to complete the def/mdef dual buff, and neither do you have the all stat buff that you need to complete additional damage/all stat buff.

 

I do agree that it should be possible to get these last two dual buffs though.
