for the Auguest check-in event I havent received the last reward (2 RIS and 10randomizers) I wonder if you skipped me

because the previous rewards were sent quite quickly xD

 

not complain or anything, just wondering =)

they did said they sent it within 5 days, beside the galaxia update is coming up so maybe they busy working on that so it might take a little longer then usual.

Check again. I already received them, but the RIS were a little late and the Ranzers arrived even later.

 

 

 

I have my own issue with the Login event though. Over the course of the event, I leveled a character just enough to be the highest level character on an account by 1 full level. However, the previous highest level character -- let's call him "Oldie" -- on that same account is still the one who received the last distributed login rewards. I'm assuming that that is because the new highest level character -- let's call him "Newie" -- only became such on or near the end of the checking period (end of week, end of August). If so, can I expect to start receiving all future login rewards on "Newie" now? And if not, whose image should I use as the basis of the effigy which I will violently deface and burn in order to quell my rage?

No, that's not it. I got all my rewards for all my participating accounts. It's just that on one of my accounts, I was receiving all the rewards on a Lv 35 char. After a while, I decided that I wanted to have all the rewards be distributed to another char on that same account which was Lv 3x but below 35. So I leveled that other char to 36 sometime on or near the end of the August login period. I was expecting that Lv 36 char to receive the rewards but the other char (the Lv 35 char) still received them. Now, I'm assuming that that's because the recipient of the rewards is assigned at the start of the login period (start of the week). By that logic, I should expect all future login rewards to be sent to the Lv 36 char. So my issue is more of a preemptive query than an actual problem.

Yes, exactly. I already leveled that particular character so that it was the highest leveled on that account, but I'm guessing that I didn't do it before some status check period or something. I guess I just want some reassurance that I'll get the future login rewards on that one. If not, the name of whoever I can hex for that slight upon me will also suffice. XDDDD

I would submit a ticket about that.  Our support team helps with adding on the reward items.  You can clearly which ones would get them.

Galaxia level-up achievement - just level up a character to level 40 but did not receive the reward in the mail. The event should still be running as it is stated in the event page (The event starts on 9/4/2013 at 12:00pm until 10/02/2013 at 8:00am PDT). Not sure whether it was because I level up inside mission map. Didn't have this problem with 2 other characters (level up at town after passing quests).

I've already tried that. It doesn't work because I didn't receive the mail for Level 40 Reward. Before that, I received the mail for Level 25 and Level 30 Reward and could get the rewards from Gato.
