Failed repeatedly to silence a 150 100 int Maestro (my Eira and I are both 150). I was able to silence a 148 Ranger with <100 int with some fails. Completely failed to proc on a Salamander. The heal still goes off lol?

 

It's basically normal silence now.

It was never overpowered from the start cause it has a cure to it.

Make an Eira if you want to do WoE focus. Silent Breeze is in the same boat as Volcanic Ash (Disabled, but fix coming very soon, and post fix it will still be good in WoE),

If you read the second post you're quoting, I was referring to the fact that it was possible to use silent breeze on MVPs, which was clearly a bug that needed to be fixed. 

 

I was not talking about the change effecting WoE/PVP, because I was unaware of any changes relevant to WoE/PVP (I was not aware, at that time, that SB bypassing stat-based resistance was going to be changed, and I am still not sure whether the old behavior was considered a bug, or was changed because kRO felt it was unbalanced; only that this change was intended).
