The screenshot shows time 02:43:00 but the quest ends at 06:12:00.
The quest is suppose to end 15/30 mins.

Bump. I just tried again and the quest added 45min over the wait time of 15 minutes.
I tried again at the end of the +45 minutes and the scout gave me some documents. It would be nice if someone could look over this scout's quest though as his timer can bug out.
Edit: Bugged out again.
