I think many of us have the habit of enchanting maybe 5 or more times in one channel and then switch if all fails to an other, and I'm sure more than one have lost an item because he/she forgot to activate the INS or RINS on the enchant interface, so... mi suggestion is to make thos default activated when there's a risk that the item will be destroyed... it makes no sense that if you have them on your inventory you would just choose not to use them... so... to really chose not to use them u have to unselect them on the enchant or SC interface.

 

This would have also a big benefit on customer support tickets load since it would decrease the number of tickets sent to you guys.

It's quite possible. 

 

I'm sure people will still send in tickets though.

I dont think so, cause what if you dont want to use ins on some items, and the system autimatically puts the ins for you. Then thats a wasted ins when you didnt wanna put it in.

if you don't want to use ins then you can just unselect it.

 

ShazamO... ofc course there would still be some tickets... but I'm sure it would be much less
