I was just looking at the number of Bugs reported, & the Confirmed Bugs section, to see if any of the problems I am aware of were listed, however I found it strange that out of all the Bugs listed there are only 2 of them that have been moved, to the "Confirmed Bugs", & are actually being worked on. Even those two were a month ago & prior to that there have only been a couple each month.

 

Does that mean that posting actual technical problems here, takes just as long, if not longer, to get fixed, then sending in a ticket?

I generally move stuff over there only when it's some long thing that's going to require kRO to fix, so there's something to point people to when it's reported again. Bugs that are getting fixed as they come up (like the HP recovery when moving one, which the GMs can fix themselves), I don't bother moving.

I see. So it's actually kRO bugs that need to be fixed & not things that are being fixed by the GM's. That makes sense now.
