This helm doesn't seem to give all the stats it's suppose give. +7 you're suppose to get 5% matk, and +9 an additional 5% matk. But this doesn't seem to be the case. I don't see any improvement of magic damage other than the +4 INT the helm originally gives. Can this be fixed?
