The quests the cat gives in the nightmare pyramid can't be turned in. All that happens when you try is the dialogue that I presume is for when you finish the quest and nothing else. No deletion of the quest from the quest log, no exp and you keep the counts.

Its kind of bugged. when that happens to me, you can just turn it the NEXT day, and you can pick up the quest again and do it.
I'm not sure if this was intended or what... probably not.
