I have an account with 2 characters.  One of my characters I log in and play and everything is completely fine.  On this SAME account i log into my ranger and the second the screen comes up and i see west pront and my surroundings a message comes up and says I have been disconnected.  I have never heard of a problem like this and need help asap.  It has not let me play on my ranger for 2 days and my ticket has not been responded to by any GM's.  Sucks that I'm paying for a product that I cannot use.  Has anyone had this happen before/can anyone please help?  Thanks guys
