This new costume and others give different hair colors, why dont add more hair color options during the character creation and/or add an item mall to change the hair color, and maybe add new ones.

I've been waiting for them to add this for so long. I think the entire character creation should be redone to make each character more unique. Sure each class/race will look similar, but it would be nice to customize faces, body weight, height, etc.

currently, the hair colors that are shown in the costumes, are part of the costume itself and will change the characters hair with the pre-determined costume hair.

An easy fix would be to re-skin each hair in a different color adding more "hair" choices. Having a separate choice for hair requires more work. And if the hair is to be shown through a costume, most costumes would have to be changed.

Again, this has been a repeated suggestion, so i'll write one up.
