Reduce your screen resolution. You can also right click on the Ragnarok's icon and manually change the screen resolution for just the Ragnarok Online application.

unfortunately that would require me to be in full screen. /sigh 1st world problems.

Are you getting the bug where chat fonts are unreadably small, or do you just find the typical chat text too small?
There is a fix for the unreadably small text bug.
If in doubt, post a screenshot of your chat window, or look for anyone elses screenshots and compare to what it looks like for you.

normal chat is just too small since i prefer to play in windowed mode.
