I haven't played RO in about 2 years and just recently decided to head back to it. I attempted a password reset for my accounts seeing as I do not remember the passwords, but I have not received any emails (none in spam folder either). I sent in 2 tickets regarding the issue but have also not gotten any confirmation emails stating that the tickets were received. I am using gmail.

Oh and I have previously received a password reset email back in April but for RO2. So I must be able to receive emails from you, just none regarding RO1 as of yet.

Password resets should make it through gmail's spam filters - they work for me at least, and I'm on gmail, though I think sometimes they wind up in the spam folder...
This is the second post today about problems with emails sent out by gravity... I wonder if something's broken on their end?

That's what I was thinking because I am able to regularly receive other emails immediately. I am just wondering how long is it going to take before they notice any issues and fix any possible problems. :/

I was able to receive emails on both my work and personal emails. Can someone test their gmails and see what happens?
