you must of done something the GMs didnt like, maybe kill stealing or maybe botting, possibly either way.. if you didnt do anything wronmgm submit a ticket which will take roughly 1 month for you to get your stuff back.

My fren told me dont play this game..after i got banned i know why many ppl dont play anymore..congrat keep it up man.haha

I just got unbanned, but all of my items are lost. considering to quit here, i dont even use any 3rd programs. bull-_-

you may have received some free items from a friend who bots and got caught.
GM check trade histories of captured bots 
, it happened to a friend of mine so good luck getting ur goodies back.
