Hi,

I've just recently came back to RO after a year break and I was upset to find my kaffa storage empty. 

Is there a way I could get the items in my storage back?

You played on a server other than ymir, so your items are in one of the alt storages. 

 

The alt storages were freely accessible until a few months ago. Now, you can access all three using a kafra card, or the second alt storage if you're VIP. 

 

If you've just returned from a long break, you can contact the GMs via the support ticket system ( support.warpportal.com ) and they'll give you access to the alt storages so you can move your stuff out.

you can access the three storages (Ymir, Valk and Ygg) for free (VIP is not required) in Mail Annex Station. Mail Annex Station can be reached from Eden's Second floor through Mail Annex station npc (mail npc).
